We firmly believe that only by communicating with residents, leaseholders and the surrounding community can any project be managed effectively and we take great pride in our ability to do this. Our holistic approach means that work schedules are clearly defined, all parties are involved in the process and efficient, sustainable working practices can be implemented through to completion.
By taking the time to understand both the present and future needs of the properties in our care we can accurately establish the timeline for any major works schedule. This is usually managed through a planned maintenance programme which we ensure is drafted, designed and updated regularly.
Our estate management team comprises RICS professionals and certified Site Construction Health and Safety personnel and so we’re fully geared to handle any administration for the majority of projects and ensure that the right people are appointed to take on the necessary roles.
