It is impossible to provide an excellent property management service without a database of quality contractors who are trustworthy, suitably qualified and reasonably priced. We understand this and ask all of our contractors to sign a quality assurance charter which governs their work and ours. This guarantees that they will be polite and cleanly presented, carry out work with minimum of noise and disruption, and complete jobs in reasonable time with due care and attention to local residents and neighbours.
We regularly assess the work of our cleaners, gardeners and other trades and we welcome new local contractors whenever possible to join our team.
Our property maintenance service is available 24 hours a day so that, in an emergency, residents know they can always count on us to answer their call and react quickly. We do this by assessing the situation, offering reassurance and, if necessary, instructing the right contractor to attend immediately.
We also ask our contractors to do everything they can to preserve the environment. This includes encouraging them to buy from wholesalers local to the property in order to cut down travelling time, to use recycled or energy efficient products and to email reports instead of posting them in order to cut down on paper use.
