Making sure that the needs of your property can be met is absolutely essential to the smooth running of any building. This means that every year a budget is created. Estimations for expected costs must be made but only by taking into consideration your past expenditures and sound knowledge of future costs. That way leaseholders are spared surprises in the form of large ‘one-off’ invoices for work that has not been carefully planned for.
Having the money available to meet the property’s needs also requires excellent credit control procedures and we take this very seriously, always acting in accordance with the lease and our own stringent procedures for recovering unpaid service charges.
To ensure trades people are charging fairly, leaseholders are paying on time and costs are not exceeding the budget, we regularly assess the property’s financial position. To uphold our belief in being transparent and clear, we make financial reports available to eligible parties at the click of a button.
Our clients are assured that at the end of each financial year, a set of thorough and comprehensible final accounts will be compiled by our associate accountants. These are produced within strict timescales to avoid any delays or potential fines.
